Partnerships

Our partner programmes across Aotearoa New Zealand give eligible primary care clinicians access to a trusted, proven model of peer learning, as defined in each partner agreement.

Each programme is customised for the partner region, with topics shaped around local priorities, clinical pathways, regional data, and emerging needs. Partners can also suggest topics, and their ongoing feedback, insights, and recommendations actively inform the development of future Clinical Connect topics.

Built on the Clinical Connect framework, our partner programmes use a facilitated small-group approach led by trained Group Leaders. Sessions focus on interactive discussion, reflection on clinical practice, and the use of real-world data and pathways. We provide full support to establish and sustain the programme locally, including leader training and topic resources.

If you’re a PHO or organisation interested in a trusted learning model for your region, contact us for more details.

“We’ve proudly partnered in the Clinical Connect Programme since 2020, with around 100 clinicians actively participating. The content is consistently relevant and engaging, grounded in the latest clinical evidence.

Participants often share that the sessions helped them feel more confident and supports them in delivering safe, effective, evidence-based care.”

International

Clinical Connect also partners internationally to share and support the peer learning model in new contexts.

We work collaboratively with international organisations to adapt Clinical Connect topics to their local health systems, incorporating local clinical pathways, data, and resources to ensure relevance and impact.

We were proud to support GPs in South Tyneside, UK, through a successful partnership that began in 2021 and attracted international attention. Our work was featured in the prestigious British Journal of General Practice Open, recognising the strength and adaptability of the Clinical Connect model worldwide.
